COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Devices ACS3-OPT2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Interroll products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ise-Electronics-Corp. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Interroll such as the 113i spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CND63B120 manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CU16026SCPBS20A by Manufacturer Ise-Electronics-Corp. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jemtec Brand XLV5C5A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intelligent-Actuator such as 12R21001100SP equipment made by Intelligent-Actuator have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intelligent-Actuator products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intelligent-Actuator" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MM10PLUS made by Industrial-Indexing-Systems as well as the popular 993787R58 original spares produced by Ingersoll Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P1500 by Jamesbury and 12R21001100SP spares by Intelligent-Actuator are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P5164B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ishida. |
